Gahodo celebrates its 5th anniversary on Culture Day, November 3, 2025. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude, as this milestone has only been made possible through your generous support.
Gahodo Music Office was founded on the same day in 2020, out of a desire to create and share music that could heal and encourage people’s hearts in a difficult and uncertain time.

On October 1, 2021, amid the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched the music program Masahiko Tsuchida’s Nostalgic Music Hall on Osaka’s community FM station YES-fm, with the hope of offering encouragement to listeners. The program revived timeless classics that had faded with the changing times, airing every Friday from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.

After three full years, as society gradually regained stability, the program came to a close on September 30, 2024. Over 1,700 songs were featured during its run. Following its conclusion, many listeners expressed their wish to hear those nostalgic tunes once again. In response, rebroadcasts began on January 3, 2025, and continue every Friday from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Whenever you feel weary or downhearted, we invite you to listen to the program. No matter how difficult the circumstances, the winds of hope continue to blow.

To mark our 5th anniversary, I will begin dedicating myself more fully to writing.
